Oh how I ache for
        the sunshine, Oh
how I need her warmth
   to bathe in her glory
          and her kiss on
my skin

   her brightness surrounds
me and I feel my aura
     glow like the  tulips
               and poppies
I feel myself grow

            but

there is a cloud
       and he moves
         slowly toward her
hovering, daring to
     intercept her light

             he is

       carried by the wind…
will he cast a shadow?
    a dark shaped coldness
     or will I revel
           continuously in
       my sun?

DarkAngel~
Well, I'm no meteorologist, but I predict fair skies in your future - with LOTS of sunshine.

I enjoyed the thoughts and the formatting in this one.  Nicely done.

Woohoo! I'm all for sunshine girl!
(but hey, not too many of those poppies ok?)
         LOL

If the wind keeps blowing then the clouds keep moving, and it won't cover the sun for long!

Excellent work!
