Forever In Your Heart

I am his muse, his words,
how they flow from his pen,
To thy hand,
Creating me, his love,
as a poet to poetry,
A painter with a canvas,
Inside his words are the protraits
of my heart, drawing each outline of my being,
with every word expressed or written,
I am the dancer to his dance,
The singer to his song,
He stares in his trance, looking at me all day long,
Unto his sheet of paper I find,
How his quill, his pen, his hand,
Has touched mine,
Without the skin,
But beautiful words,
Such words I breathe in,
I hold his words up to my chest,
Close to my heart,
I feel his passion for me,
His love, his heart,
Beating as a drum,
He listens...
He begins to write,
Slow and then faster,
A passionate dancer,
Gazing at me with his joyous smile,
He looks, closes his eyes and writes his style,
He writes about my red lips, my long silky hair,
My gifts, my passion, my love, the way I care,
In awe I am,
So tenderly drawn out, so beautifully displayed,
Carved by his hands, his words, his poetry,
This is his view of me, I am his creation,
His inspiration,
I am now the poet, he is now MY muse...

That was beautiful, "His inspiration,
I am now the poet, he is now MY muse"

Romantic one, you could be anyone's muse. How lucky a man would be to be yours. Very nicely done..........

Excellent poem!!

An interesting situation, what happens when the poet becomes the muse?  Wonderfully handled!!!

Very good. . .

A Romantic Heart, yes indeedy, writing about red lips, and long silky hair.... and your gifts? and your passion,   yes I would like more info on that.
This is a wonderful poem and a little elusive, layered with sweet secrets... Like chocolate, sweet and creamy that melts on your tongue, a taste that begs for more.
