In the space between moments

When my eyes have gently wept
Within a cascade of starlight
A gentle wind has carried me
Where hope glimmers bright.

When I wish the world away
And want to fade from view
A misty voice has comforted me
And allowed me to renew.

When my dreams I have forgotten
Believing fate was cruel
When emotion was tangled threads
Your love has been my spool.

When shadows shroud my soul
Only one has truly understood
You have given me everything
And done all you ever could.

Your mom is lucky. She has a daughtor that has a great talent, and has shown it through her writing. It was a beautiful poem and will make your mom feel very important!
The first stanza was my favorite... (space!) Excelent use of description in it. one of my favorites!
