Move On Where do you go to escape yourself; Is there someplace to hide from your fears? Can it be that - somewhere - there's a land bright and fair, Where life is unblemished by tears? Where can you run, when loneliness comes, And darkness creeps into your heart; When Sorrow, unbidden, steals in through the gate, And nothing can make him depart? How do you cope, when you've given up hope, And your will to continue is gone? When it seems no-one cares, and you're filled with despair... Pick yourself up, and move on. -Troy J. Troy, After love poetry, inspirational poetry is my next choice, and this was great.I especially loved the last lines: How do you cope, when you've given up hope, And your will to continue is gone?
