Your warm touch
Your gentle embrace
Took control of my heart
Threatening to never let go
Till that one day,
My dreams were shattered
And you were gone.
Now all that is left are the memories
And the glimpse of your eyes
That still pierce my heart.
The painful longing
For your soft touch
That sent me into a world of dreams
And ultimate heaven.
I am saying goodbye to a love
That will never again be
Though my heart is still longing.
