A thousand dreams I dream, untold sleep's mystery to be unfold clouds in sky adrift, to skrye... (Brush you now, tear from my eye...) Laughter. Silence. Joke subside... Behind a screen a heart in scream, torrent of a hateful flood--- river of this journey's blood. Lost amid a labyrinth of my own device... Tell me now, where North Star lies. Take my hand, though pain despised and if in truth, 'tis death of youth-- gladly will I dig this grave, if all my sin will be forgave-- expelled within relief of sigh... Plaintive, on this bended knee, tell me, what's to come of me? |

We seem to share similar bedtime rituals. A powerful poem, I am in awe. The are some times when words can't say enough this is one of those times. I chose the icon of a teddy bear, if you feel down before you go to be you can hug him. Sweet dreams. |

A thousand dreams I dream, untold sleep's mystery to be unfold clouds in sky adrift, to skrye... (Brush you now, tear from my eye...) ---------------- but my sweet serenity...to dream you must first lie that lovely head of yours down and actually sleep *smile* this is exquisite my dear...I love when oyu write like this... love you on bended knee as well *kiss kiss* to ya me twin It's amazing How you make your face just like a wall How you take your heart and turn it off How I turn my head and you lose it all ... And it's unnerving How one move just puts me by myself There you go just trusting someone else Now I know I put us both through hell ... I'm not sayin That there was nothing wrong I just didn't think you'd ever get tired of me And I'm not sayin We ever had the right to hold on I just didn't wanna let you get away from me. ~MB20~Leave |

Ah, but would we really truly want to know what was going to happen to us?? Perhaps it would be a blessing, but on the other hand, it could very well be a curse. Either way, a nice piece of writing here |

serenity~ My dear, you brought tears to my eyes. I will hold your hand through pain dspised, and if I can, I will point you to the north star and its ever-cleansing light. Very powerful piece. But when you think on your midnight plea, remember -- you are not alone. ~you reached inside, you touched my heart, and I am all the better for it~ Terry A. Woodson, Jr. |

Serenity, this has got to be the most beautiful thing I've seen from you! I love how your words just "fall" down the page! This is a wonderful style you've used here....I loved all the rhyme scheme too. It really gave this the tearful punch it deserves! Fabulous work my dear, I'm gonna read it again! Sad, but beautiful!
