From the heart of one who loves him: What do you do when your idle is dead? Jesus was a prostitute What in what of what Lennon said? What can you feel when your hear aches? He marched, he loved, put himself at the stake How do you judge your saviour's depressions? Were they what he was or merely passing aggressions? What do you think of the leather bound book? Random thoughts splattered from inside -- fancy a look? Can you be judged by what your diary said? Depression, anger, welling, wishing for dead? OR should you be judged by your feet, your voice, your public thought Judged by the ones you salvaged, lead me to a place i didn't know i sought Beautiful man, beautiful struggle, so sad in that strife John, i love you always and always i owe you my life _____________________________ i'm not very good at rhyme, but i wrote this after i first heard of the new John Lennon book coming out supposedly based on his diaries. Quite upsetting... [This message has been edited by Dharma Lennon (edited 05-02-2000).] |

Dharma, you can just click on that little box above your poem and fix the title. You can also do that to any of your replies. We all make mistakes...... So is lennon your last name or just a tribute. When John Lennon died I was one of about 5 thousand that went to the square infront of city hall and we all sang give piece a chance. It was very upsetting for me too. Welcome to our site. Parker |
