Earth Day

His footprints are filled with dust,
as eons of time goes by.
Father Time observes
from atop his castle window.
Another millennium, he does spy.

Mother Earth will always change,
from her core up to the sky.
Father Time keeps watch
But, Man must change with Mother Earth,
if We, trustees of Her, are to survive.
