Up here,
the air is clear,
the night sky blazes
with pulsing light.

Upon this hill,
we taste our fill
of each other's bodies
in wild delight.

Looking down
on the sleeping town,
we nudge each other
in secret glee.

Though love and lust
may turn to dust,
in this may-fly moment
our souls are free.

I really liked this poem though I thought that by the second stanza it was a little choppy. work on the flow. Good write!
