Seeing you sitting there along my vague thoughts no words spoken, just serene silence I hear only your heartbeat song within the steady pulse my pen falls in strokes leaving your outline- a message. "Just so you know, my chest has burst forth with undying passion from the moment these eyes beheld your imperfect masterpiece I know your soul you have worn it as skin and it is beautiful Just so you know, as a life unknown unfolds and your words have fallen dormant in my ears I long for you. while you search for the love elusive i will wait as long as you need until your wandering comes full circle I will be here arms embracing whispering "welcome home my love, your journey ends here." (this has been a long overdue outpouring.) nice use of muffin |
