Tried And Convicted Her trial was held with a court of three the judge, the jury, and the prosecution caller id and voicemail message her fate was sealed the call came in,she didn't answer message left, didn't even know for days husband gone before it came she was told not to worry five days later, comes with police gets things, snide remarks, no answers set to leave, she checks voicemail and the answer is clear twelve saved messages, two fatal they had been saved, she had never heard them prosecutor brought case before the jury of one not aware of crime or trial she was not there, no defense with no witness, and little evidence the jury of one, mind already set decision given to judge i the jury, find her guilty as charged judge swayed by jury and prosecution set her sentence full extent of law, enforced immediately DEATH waiting on death row she will appeal of course no chance even to defend presents her case, defense of one the calls came in, the message left she had not answered fatal calls four days they sat,she was already gone changed message and checked for new the answer there as to what was wrong assumptions made, no real answer choices made, and left alone asking why, why what did i do her guilt was proven in assumption only he didn't need anything more his choices justified she had begged him not to go, pleaded with him please stay the test she passed the judgement failed govenors appeal findings no witness, clearly poor evidence not informed so defense denied stay of execution granted, but still dying unfair and injust her anger hot and seething waiting to spew needs to be heard stay of execution granted but still alone maybe judge jury and prosecution could learn from: 1. innocent until proven guilty 2. judge not, least you be judged 3. you reap what you sow 4. judges who live in glass houses should not throw stones JoAnne Burt 12/04 (all rights reserved) |

Such harshness, and so real... I hope a much brighter future awaits the judged, and that the sentence is happiness, soon to come... Little Spyro T. Judge not, least ye be judged..... how true. And your words *sighs* I do hope you find what you're looking for in life. Your time is here. Take one last look at it, then never come back. This part of your life is already over... |
