Shall We Ride Away?

you paint with words, she says
her smile slightly hidden
her heart given so clearly.
she hums to the radio
touches my leg, kisses me
no doubt the love there.

a far away look
stealing some of tomorrow
she gifts me just a bit more.
she loves me, truly
she smiles and my world melts
she whispers and i am hers.

radio softly seranades
sitting together,breathing
touching the touch of love.
her smile fires my happiness
torch burning bright, blinding
an intensity of wonder, eternity.

oh the completness, the absolute
if only while living, tis enough...
i savor her secret little smile.
Time made of memories
romance of simple joy
today is the day, my bride

shall we ride away?
