Burned Beans

When I cook beans
They tend burn.
I get so angry.
You’d think I’d learn.
The pan gets all black.
It’s really a mess.
This trend is repeated
And I always access-
This timely occurrence-
A real “Oh shooter!”
Happens because
I’m on this computer.

Dear Barb: I did the same thing with two rhubarb pies recently. Got so involved on the computer I forgot all about them. we ate them but they were pretty dark!!

Dear Barb,

I've burnt casseroles, rice, and meat dishes all because I spend way too much time on the computer instead of watching the stove. Lol! Thank goodness I don't have a husband any longer. He would never get fed.

THIS IS HILARIOUSLY TRUE !!!

Now I'M NOT FESSING UP to it happening to ME ... but I do know a certain guy (who is just in the next room) that has a story about making JELLO in the microwave while on the computer~

ORANGE JELLO !!!!
Well, he tried to heat the water AND the JELLO at the same time ... icky, gooey MESS !!!
