Tho' left unsung thru songs of birds,
my love swears in silent verse,
tho' love remains unheard in sacred words,
the depths of love my heart shall traverse.

Like the silence of dawning sun,
proves to the conquering night-
its unrequited love not yet done,
my heart to her, takes this plight.

To she alone whom this implies,
and to all the best of dark and light,
from northern lights to moon lit skies;
she is my hearts true delight.

From heights of mountains,
to width of all encompassing sea,
from today's forth begins,
my undying pledge to thee.

As long as waves do reach common shore,
and stars light the summer sky,
I swear to her I'll love her more and more-
every coming day, till the day I die.
