There is no easy way to portray,
the wonders of starlit sky,
nor is there an easy way to define,
the apple of my eye.

It is hopeless to dream,
of such unrivalled beauty,
just as it is inconceivable to fathom,
the abysms of the sea.

But I shall give it my best,
to pen the beauty blessed to her,
and though it shall not do justice,
it is the best that I can confer.

Her lips are a bouquet of fine red wine-
the best the world has ever known,
and though I have not the taste for it,
an alcoholic my heart will have grown.

Her eyes can be equated,
to that of a deep blue lagoon,
and the brilliance of a sapphire,
glowing in the moon.

Her song is that of the nightingale,
resounding through the night,
in search for a lover's heart,
willing to make romantic plight.

She is a paradise coming of age,
the object of lustful display;
to beauty I offer my pen,
it is the best I can convey.

(big angel hugs) Somehow I feel love is not meant to be penned perfectly because it is the force that governs us all and brings us together, sweet friend, you may not be able to specifically express your love but I believe just following your heart and writing it poem by poem is more than enough to make her happy, yay, God Bless You, you are a true romantic, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Jared, thank you for sharing!
