Why do I wish for the impossible? For things that cannot be, Things that just make life so hard, Always happen to me. Why did I have to find you? So I could fall in love with you, Did I imagine it, was it real? Are you sure you didn't feel it too? What if I make the easy decision? But it's not the right thing to do, There is so little time left, I wanted to spend some with you. If I could freeze the time right now, It would be where we kissed and said goodbye, I can still feel your hand in mine, It was worth it to be so high. But everything has to come down with a bump, This is no exception, What is life without hope, joy, and lots of love, Just a constant string of rejection. I am sorry for the words I write, The pain that we both have to feel, I never meant to ever hurt you, Or thought that my heart you could steal. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Haven't written for a while here, thought Christmas would be a nice time to do so.
