Never forget these simple but important things: * You ARE Very SPECIAL * Love Yourself first so you can love others * Your feelings, opinions, and desires DO matter * Believe in yourself * You are worthy of Respect of Others * Take Time for yourself * Be True to yourself and your values * Stay positive inspite of the negativity around you * Be Proud of Who you are * Be confident in your abilities * Appreciate your strengths and most of all * Be Good To Yourself!!! hugs Meesh |
