slumber softly

she quietly says vulnerable

you need some time to heal

here let me hold you, my friend

and dry away your tears.

Sinking into sweet comfort

understanding and concern

my friend feels the broken

hearts touching, making whole.

She reads my injured mind

speaks His love to my soul

awakening to the feel of peace

a ladies comfort and healing smile.

my friend, we cry as we share

confessing weakness,evil,fragile

now i lay me down, purged, to sleep

slumber softly on mother's breast

she quietly says vulnerable

you need some time to heal
