Fleeting Time Sweet Spring just knocked upon my door And now it is mid-July. I'm jealous of each passing hour Since I told springtime good-bye. Youth stays for just the shortest while Until it's been claimed by age. Before the last is written on We have turned another page. Time, the most precious gift we own, Is grudgingly allotted. The story of a life could end Before it has been plotted. No man is given enough days That one day should be wasted. No mattter quality of wine If that wine is not tasted. Now is the time of life when I Appreciate the flavor Of each day as it comes to me Before it's gone forever. By: Joyce 7/14/03 |

How swiftly time runs on fleet feet...makes one want to scream, Stand Still! Stand Still! and how vainly we watch time pour through our fingers. Enjoy! |

I Like this one Joyce time runs so fast and there is never enough, before you know it, it is gone |
