The Gamer All my realities are fluid They've never stayed the same, I'm stuck in an Unreal World, I'm A Gamer who played the Game. My fingers fly across the 'board, I'm thinking far ahead, Probabilities, possibilities, what must be, So I Don't wind up dead. I take the pad, I wrap it up, I know what I must do, I have to keep my secret safe, And hidden well from you. Times, places, the open spaces, To which world do I belong? Can I straddle both like like a collossus? I'm a Gamer who can be wrong. A spirit calls me over, With something it needs to say, "cherish the moment, dont destroy it" I'm a Gamer at the end of the day. I've walked a million landscapes, Destroyed a million foes, I've seen the sights, Commanded Knights, And landed many blows, I cannot take much of it, I've shouldered all the blame, What more is there left to lose? I'm a Gamer, trapped and dieing in the Game. |

Welcome to Passions. There are all sorts of games, all sorts of players. Choosing to always be a player in any of them is usually a good decision. Well done. Enjoy your time here within the blue pages. |

I really understood this poem. It works well on different levels, but as a RPG player I liked the literal defeating foes and death that you do experiance in all RPGs. Nicely done, Perseph1ne |

@ Perseph1ne ~ Aye, I have spent the last 15 years more or less playing RPG's and it shows @ Angel ~ We shall see babe @ Joyce ~ Having re-read it a few times I have to say this is probably my favourite paragraph, it has a good rhythm to it Thanks to all who posted, appreciate it |
