Under the serene sunlight, I line my pen on snowy white. Laying out patterns, I sob on the paper... ...(I carve too much that I know nothing is truth...) My ink is my solemn black tears That is absorbed by this snowy white. Sometimes I just want someone To tell me a fairy tale, But even this tiny wish, It never comes true. I'm a girl...soon to be a woman, Yet she is filled of fears...that She hope someone could come... ...(And pet her shoulders that it's okay) I have a dream... dream to be loved I have a foe... the foe is me. Every night, when I look into my mirror... She makes me feel bad...that That perhaps love will comes When stars are falling... ...(And perhaps I don't know what's love. And perhaps forever I wouldn't know...I'm a stone.) In yonder days, I heard millions times before, That men aren't trustworthy... Those sad stories, both real and fantasy, Have made me afraid...to be in love. And there are thousand of reason That I'm sobing...or that I choose not to love... One being that I'm afraid of responsibility, ...(And afraid my habits will scare him away!) I'm a nobody...a wingless bird That is fed by her home. Somedays...when my home is gone... I will die...one the road...next to your house. ~Every girl has a dream within. [This message has been edited by aries_luv_ppl (02-27-2003 04:20 PM).] |

Dear sweet Eliza. Love is a game of patience. You will find him of that I am sure. Men are not all bad. We just hear abut the bad ones. I am very fond of men because I had a wonderful father, brothers husbands and son, grandsons, son in law. I surely didn't get all the good ones. Love, Joyce |

Eliza~ You continue to fascinate me with your writing~ Honey ... I'm a great 'fairy tale' teller~ ![]() AND ... sometimes ... those 'fairy tales' DO COME TRUE~ It's not always a story-book ending .... but lots and lots of 'happy-ever-afters' in this world. Honest Injun ! ![]() You continue to write ... you're gosh-darned GOOD ! AND ... I agree with you ... LOVE the first part bestest of all~ But you know what ? ..... if I were to find you on the road next to my house ... I'd tenderly fix those 'broken wings' and get you soaring again !!! *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

Eliza: I believe when you meet the right man, you will know it! Of course, I also believe in love at first sight. That's what happened to me and my husband and we have been married for just over 50 years! There are many good men in the world. don't be impatient and one of these days it will happen for you too!
