I cry a silent tear,
In the cold dark night,
Praying for the times,
The times I seem to have forgotton
How to be me.

My head has been clouded,
Distorted in it's own way,
Learning from the error of judgement,
Looking forwards,
With backwards always in your mind.

My mind shall grow,
Just like the ones body and soul,
With a heart beating deep within.

Natures beauty,
A thoughtful smile,
Endless dreams,
The shooting star slowly fades.

Soul lives on,
When the body has gone.
Will I be remembered?
Who surely knows.

oh I can relate to every words. Yes, keep writing, like Joyce said, and we will go down to history, for the fact people can find our print on internet! LOL.....

You know how a software can trace where you live, age, Ip address, site you went to, your email address and such....LOL

Words, and actions--those impressions we leave with our loved ones, friends--family, and those that we touch in some way. Just as you did with your poem tonight--memories can be made in the moment, and connections made.

I think it's the little things we do that touch people ..... like gentle words from the heart shared with friends.
