Lush crimson craves heat thrives in heat. Pale lilacs are young lovers lost in rapture. Sun’s gold wealth of the earth cuddles babies in the park. Fall colors array its dazzling yellows and cool greens. Black enshrouds hearts in mourning their grief unabated. Grey shadows gentle blanket usher night’s awakening. I dabble in my easel inventing new tints colouring myself purple. |

I really enjoyed this trip around the paint tray watching the shades take shape on the eisle. This poem had a lovely flow to it. I have only one minor suggestion, which would be to see if you can get away from repeating the word 'heat' so close together. Just a suggestion. Jan |

I think you have found the essence of the colors with your poetry. A fun trip so early this morning. Joyce |

Thanks poets, you made my day with your generous comments. A find day today here, one could easily be in the mood to paint - which I cant do. |
