Tomorrow you'll be turning two.
Your Mom will make a cake for you.
You'll greet us at the open door
And say you're not one any more.

We're so amazed at how you grew
And at the things that you can do.
Since you turned one, you learned to walk
And play with toys and run and talk.

Hannah, we wish you could stay two;
With only love surrounding you.
Yet we know in Two Thousand Four
Our Hannah will be one year more.

But until then we'd like a hug
And pray God keeps you safe and snug
And only carefree days you'll know
