Of stigma and enigma The stigma of enigma, Has handed me a spade. And though I dig and dig and dig, It blows but gasconade. Alas a sphinx has shown its head, A paradox in serve. And I have searched the sands of time, Beyond my brains innerve. I have given up the quest, The puzzle is to much. I tried and tried to light a light, It is beyond my touch. Enigma of the paradox, I offer now to thee. My spade, is worn in sand and time, The stigmas not for me. I plead a paraplegic pen And the simplest acumen. |

I have given up the quest, The puzzle is too much. I tried and tried to light a light, It is beyond my touch. Enigma of the paradox, I offer now to thee. My spade, is worn in sand and time, The stigmas not for me. .... Intriguing indeed... Sometime back I had felt exactly the same way and written these words: Lady Intrigue says, "The question always smiles wickedly; more so if you don't have even a clue to a possible answer!" These words haunt me still... Wonderful poetry, Seymour... Regards, sudhir. < !signature--> Death, be not proud, though some have called thee, Mighty and dreadful, for thou art not so; - John Donne [This message has been edited by Sudhir Iyer (edited 06-26-2000).] |

That's easy for YOU to say! Loved this perplexing, premeditated, pleasing piece of poesy, Sy! ~ Claire Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant?......Henry David Thoreau |

I dig the stigma of your enigma ... and your rhyme aint half bad either way cool poem Sy-guy... and that pen of yours is anything but "paraplegic" more like perplexing, perponderous, and perfect later paradox-gator jm baby dont you work so hard for this prize you've found, it will all be gone-when you turn around, cause nothing lasts forever anyway.
