Mist So Beautiful

It appears as if Gods fingers are
rambling through the
mountains, as the  fog penetrates
the valleys below.

Feeling the earth with gentle touch
roaming at free will,
filling all lower terrain with a
billowy white wet mist
coming endlessly forward.

Collecting in its memory the patterns
of the earth following
paths well penetrated before on
previous trips, moving
onward to add new ground never
before touched.

The mountain tops stand majestically
tall above this awesome
sight, soaking in to its base this traveling
mist forever will leave
some of its glory behind to give to nature
and help replenish doing
its part in the grand scheme of life and
the cycle in which it was created.

As the sun comes forward the fog retreats
back to where it came,
leaving a trail of thankful earth in
dampened delight and
a memory I shall cherish always
upon my mind.

God did come and touch something,
he touched my heart
with his magnificent glory seen in this
mist so beautiful to
the eye and I give him praise.

Very picturesque and good use of metaphor in here. Nice work Cerenity.

Cerenity, my friend~
You painted a picture so real
I feel as if I am standing on the
top of your mountain ... awaiting
the rise of the sun.

'As the sun comes forward the fog retreats'

Beautifully said.
