You were born on this wonderful day, If only I could persuade you to stay, This day comes by once a year, Sounds of excitement and cheer fill my ears, Look what you brought when you came into this world, An angel on its wing ready to love, The sheer glimpse of light has blinded me with your love, One question I ask myself everyday, What heavenly things made you this way? What could I have done to deserve such a love? I look in your eyes and my beliefs are confirmed. (This is a poem for a girl I started dating for her birthday that is coming up) Ronil (What I say I live by and what I live by is what I create). |
