All this pillow talk has me circling the beaten sky, trekking into early eternity, blissful rumbling stirring to brilliant bleached morning. I am swimming in the blankets dragged back to my coma, weakly I kick myself to wake. In that slight moment between sleep and day I remember her face A haunting icon of deepest daze, she was born in my darkness, a fair nocturnal Princess of beauty undeniable, Opiate whispers caress in divinity I was locked upon her infinite gaze, calling me to abandon the world of stone for the kingdom of dreams. In a flash of eyelids a stirring of clarity she was lost to oblivion and I to the waking dawn. Oh how I desire her addiction her coma affection….. Her sleeping pill eyes "A frog, it cannot comprehend the sea Nor me happiness" Paul Draper-Mansun |

Brian that's a great title. I don't know how you and the nocturnal princess got on but I have reason to believe that she was the only one who got any sleep. But hell..you may not have slept very well in the world of stone either. Excellent work! Very very well put together. |

BrianM~ What intrigue you've captured. 'In a flash of eyelids a stirring of clarity she was lost to oblivion and I to the waking dawn.' Wonderfully portrayed - the dream that got away ! ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Oh to love and share our pillow talk till the sun comes up....what beauty is beheld within this kind of love, this kind of lifetime moment.... calling me to abandon the world of stone for the kingdom of dreams. In a flash of eyelids a stirring of clarity she was lost to oblivion and I to the waking dawn. Oh how I desire her addiction her coma affection….. Her sleeping pill eyes |

You work surprises me every time I read. I am not surprised at its excellence, but that I take something different away from it each time...incredible, the way you do that. |
