White clouds are lined with gray
Blue skies disappear for today
Light now turns ever so dark
Upon her heart he left his mark

This is not the life she dreamed
Where nothing was as it seemed
Days spent feeling all alone
Remembering the love he had shown

Soon his presence would be a memory
There will be a resolution to their story
The ending will be what the heart reveals
Doors will open or be forever sealed

Time will heal her battered heart
Either way she'll get a new start
Stormy days filled with thunder
Give way to sunshine and wonder

Clouds that once poured rain
Have washed away the stain
Of a love that turned sour
Leading to their final hour

This is sad,LW.I hope you take that new start and run with it.
Each  love teaches us something dear to our hearts...something we need!
Sorry for your pain...Hang in there!

I feel your pain here LW. Time will dull the pain and give way to new beginings. Take care!

LoneWolf~

When clouds of the day have parted
Night comes rolling in
Bringing stars to light
up the heart of a friend

Know me by the stars
that I hang in the sky for you
Twinkle - twinkle, little one
no more feeling blue

Take a look
Make a wish
There's one waiting to come true
Hanging in the nighttime sky
Just waiting there for you

*A little smile for you
Love ya'

LW-This is so beautiful.  Your reaches are astounding.  I just love to find ones such as this before my morning coffee is done.
