I could sit in this dark space Looking over vast plains That comprise my thoughts And make no sense at all. I could sit here and laugh At the absurd nature of it all The facts of why I came Are becoming all clear. I could sit here and stare At my own worth That has yet to hold balance Sorry, but I'm still in the red. I could sit here, But then again that would'nt be me The one to stir the pot That makes me free. |
