This Boy, This Man

Some thing about this boy, some
thing about this man.

You were conceived in much joy,
and on conception
the angels blessed you. Gaiety of
your arrival was
abundant, you came helpless and
needy into this world
leaving a mark on all and very
much your mama’s soul.

Strong willed and confident always
walking the proud road.
Moms pride you held, she carried
much love for you and
dreaming with fervent desire only
wanting the best to come
your way.

People saw this light too and knew
of your charm but also
your self empowerment and need for
adventure. Your domain
was endless, you mastered much
conquering the waves
out at sea and a strong foothold on
land, trying all that
dared you, achieving mastery over it.

But up above in the skies sometimes
misunderstood the angels
called you to maintain a different
space and time. So you left
us in a instant, with tears of sorrow
that to this day run freely
at the thought of you.

All that knew you shed these tears
of misunderstanding,
but these tears are laden with much
love and come freely
from our hearts.

Your mother, she carries with her
a well lit light in the
chambers of her heart in your behalf,
keeping the memory of you
shining brightly upon this earth.
Also to show you there’s
always a place to rest as a babe
and as a man.

Something about this boy, something
about this man, the angels
blessed him and then took him away,
but in our hearts he will
always stay.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you so much for your kind words. I for some reason this year am having a hard time with Craigs death, he died three years ago very unexpectedly. I have had a hard time finding the words to express how I feel about him until now. The term this boy, this man came to me because he had very white hair, bady blue eyes and was hansome from day one. He had a mind of his own from the start as well and NOBODY got in his way, he was not a bad kid but a handfull and as a man  ladys flocked to him, and he was it seemed blessed by the angels in so many ways. I love him from the bottum of my heart and right before he was killed I told him so and I am so glad I did.

Thanks again,

Love,  Cerenity
