Amazing standing on your peaks untouched...untamed awakened from a winters sleep I close my eyes breathing you in silent and still the wind whispers the beautiful silence fills me up admist the tundra above the trees surrounded by your powerful beauty reminds me how small man is respectful and proud amoungst your meadows down the beavers creek so much life around that I don't see on this mountain peak walking through the aspen along your carpeted trails silence still the only sound and this silence is golden..... This is a treasure. I love those walks with nature. You have penned such wonderful imagery in this one it beckons me to go on a walk and enjoy the "golden" silence. |
