~*~For David~*~ ~EVERY MAN IN THE WORLD~ Every man in the world could want me, knocking at my front door for my love, with long stem red roses, love poems and imported chocolates in their hands, vowing to give anything that my heart desires but, all I want is you, you are my fantasy, my hope, the fulfillment of my dreams, you are a lifetime of wishes come true, you are the answer to a prayer that I whispered long ago, and the wish that I once made upon a shooting star, it seemed that I had everything before I met you, still there was sorrow and emptiness, until you came into my life, you gave new meaning to the words "I love you," and showed me how to let go of a past filled with pain, and touched my heart with love, you showed me what love was meant to be like, and then left it longing for more of your sweet kisses, aching for your caress, every man in the world could want me, going to great lengths to win my love, but, my heart belongs to only you, and if you won't love me again, like you did before, I might as well just lay down and die, your love is what I live for, I have never loved anyone as much as I do you, you're all I'll ever need, you're every man in the world to me *By Melissa Honeybee* The beauty of poetry gives me wings to fly |
