Reality The wind blows The rain does fall As I listen carefully For your call I wait for an eternity Still I do not hear You do not call I wait in fear For the wind She does not blow for long Never will I Continue in song For silence falls Upon darkened sky Reality hits And I'm passed by Love is the life of the soul... It is the harmony of the universe |

Hey Lizzie thanks for your lovely reply, I wasn't quite sure on whether to post this or not. It's one of those poems that flows out and at the time your not sure what it means yourself so I hope everyone just interprets it as they wish  Thanks Tracie~ Love is the life of the soul... I usually find centered poetry difficult to read, but the flow of your poem works very well in this format ... I liked it. |
