Growing Apart

It feels as though we're groing apart,

no matter how close together we are.

I don't want to feel this way anymore,

I would like to open up another door.

A door that does not lead to an end,

A new beginning it should lead to instead.

Let us both go through this door and when we get to the other side,

We should be sure to love each other a great deal more.
