Kindergarten was years ago,
When we used to play and dance.
Who knew the loves,
We’d have and lose?
Dances, pep rallies,
And football games.
These are the things,
I remember most.
This place has been home,
For so many years.
Now we must leave,
And follow our calling.
We all shall follow a path,
To which our future leads.
I’ll never forget the football games,
Dances, and everything between.
My heart has been won,
By the Class of 2001.

I'm going to graduate this year from high school. I really think this poem was so true. Nice work.

Wow.......i know exactly how you feel. We're all bound to feel like this.......unless we hate highschool and all the people in it with an utter passion......but i don't and i'll miss it, sorta hehe.

I don't know how I'll feel after graduation.  I guess I'll just have to wait and see

Tamma:

I understand how you feel. I felt this way when I graduated in 2000. I still can't belive HS is over and I'm in college now. Things do change but the memories of the good and bad remain the same and are always there. Good luck in the future.
Great poem!!
