I found you at last,
And with this love,
Ends my hurtful past,
Of rejection and of tears.

The smile on your face,
In that single moment,
In that random place,
Gets rid of all of my fears.

With your love I'm strong again,
And I try to remember how long it's been,
since I felt this way,
But when I try I only smile and sigh think of just this day.

You were wearing a skirt,
That just made my chest hurt,
As you were walking down the street,
And at that time you blew my mind,
And I knew we had to meet.

* They say pain and suffering let you know your alive, but what good is that to a person who feels so heartless like me?
