I was surrounded by darkness No light to be seen Then the news came It had to be a dream You were here I'd just gotten word I sat here in shock Confused by what i'd heard Maybe this is it Our chance to make it right Could you have come back to me Is all I can think about tonight Guess it pays to pray No more tears to fall The time has come For me to have it all I sit here tonight Wondering if you'll call Should I pick up the phone Is it too soon to have it all Advice i take with stride some say i should wait not sure what i feel others say don't hesitate my world was so normal the routine a bit mondain the thought of you never left but i pushed aside the pain my world has been torn thrown upside down and now i must pretend again to be happy when you're not around i want to be with you my tomorrow is in your hands all i want is forever my only demand I'm glad your hear Happy as I could be But things were easier when you were only a vision for my mind to see i want to know this will work i wish i could find a way to tell you everything and not worry about you'll say you said you loved me but i wonder if you still do with a new found freedom were your words untrue "Every body has their destiny... The only thing you could do is pick up the phone and call and find out the answers...So what are you waiting for???Do it... ~*Love is sometimes like a rose. Beautiful in the beginning but dies in the end.*~ |

I agree with Erin. The only thing to do is find out. If you don't, you'll always be left to wonder, and believe me, that's no way to live. Go call and find out, in the long run you'll be glad of it, no matter the imidiate result. Nice Poem BTW "Sa souvraya niende missian ye." \ I am lost in my own mind. |

Yeah yeah yeah, just pick up the phone. it's not easy to just pick up the phone and call, now is it. But you should. So don't back down and say there will be a chance later, because maybe there won't be. Those are just my thoughts though  good poem! I disagree with everyone else. Don't pick the phone up. Comfront him in person. That's the best way of doin it. Let him answer you face to face. So, go comfront him I see no changes, wake up in the morning I ask myself, "Is life worth living or should I blast myself" TUPAC SHAKUR |

Acire~ Calling on the phone is the same thing as confronting him...No big difference except that its not face to face...Have you ever heard the saying... "If you were gonna die and were only able to make one call to apologize, say I love you,(etc..). Who would you call? And why are you waiting?" hmmm... this is kinda wierd. I wanted to find out if I had posted a particular poem or not so while looking through my old posts I found this. A great poem, but not by me. It's weird how much I can relate to this poem and that some how it ended up being posted under my name. Maybe I wrote it subconsciously or something... LOL I doubt it. So anyhow I was just wondering if any one recogizes this poem and knows who wrote it. To who ever it is that wrote it, good poem. I enjoyed the read.
