I know it wasn’t fair to you
They way I fell in love
It wasn’t what you wanted too
Just something I dreamed of
And knowing that you care for me
And wish me happiness
I’m sorry that you have to see
Me live in such distress

I’m sorry that my smiles fade
When in me you confide
It’s hard to hear of games you’ve played
With guys you’ve let inside
Sometimes I wish we weren’t so tight
The way you cause me pain
The things you say echo at night
They’re driving me insane

It’s hard to look into your eyes
And see no love for me
And all our friendship signifies
Is what we’ll never be
But while my hope dies with the day
That your heart comes around
I’ll struggle thinking what to say
To make you my love bound

Wow kevin...this was a great poem. I totally know how your feeling! It's a very hard position to be in.

It’s hard to look into your eyes
And see no love for me
And all our friendship signifies
Is what we’ll never be

I love that part!!!! Great job!!
