A rare mix of beauty and innonence A gentle nature filled with effervesence A smile equivalent to million watts radiance A body sculpted by god to perfection Eversince we held each other there is always a longing To touch you, feel you, love you, admire your beauty The thrill of an incomplete feeling when I part with you An anticipation to hold you and yet make you feel free It began just with a kiss and everything was just a fairytale after We move apart and come closer again but you are always a dream to come true for me You're an angel who came out of the world for me I miss you very much and I hope you miss me too You're the sweetest person ever to have been born I spend my day filled with these moments of forlorn An image of you flashes in my dreams very often Sometimes I do see another,I wonder whether its me Sincerely A_L |

Great poem! I especially loved the end.... it kind of caught me off guard somehow and I had to read it again... lol ![]() "Suicides have already betrayed the body. Still born, they don't always die, bu dazzled, they can't forget a drug so sweet that even children would look on and smile." -- "Wanting to Die" by Anne Sexton Adversity Builds character. - Japanese Proverb "'Even a fool has one talent'.....darn, I'm not even a fool." - My sister, the master of cunning wit |

A smile equivalent to million watts radiance That line reminds me of someone so much, I love it ![]() ![]() ~Susie "If we could read the secret history of our enemies, we should find in each man's life sorrow and suffering enough to disarm all hostility." ~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow "Driftwood" |

dear amazon lover, this is beautiful... i particularly like the final line... very moving... the poem started becoming a bit too cliche for my tastes around the second stanza, but you pulled it out far better than i expected with those final lines... good work... sincerely, a sad tomato you're such a beautiful freak... i wish there were more just like you... |

Wow! I'm practically in awe...that was just so good! You are very talented! To be honest I haven't found anyone whom that poem reminds me of, but you've described perfectly what I think all of us are searching for. I'm new to the forum and I can't believe how talented all of you are! I look forward to reading more from all of the authors here at passions! ~~Kris/Kandi~~ ~I don't want to be everything to everyone... I just want to be something to someone. |
