Here is a creative writing piece i just did for an english assignment. Tell me what you think?? Those four words I never would've imagined that my life could be changed so dramatically in just one moment. But it did. Friday the 11th of August. It seemed like a normal school day, but deep inside of me I had a feeling that something was not right. It's hard to really explain but all day I had a strange feeling in my gut, a feeling that something had happened. But I just brushed it off, not suspecting that anything was wrong. After my usual detention, I walked over to my car. I was surprised because my usually late mother was actually early. As I sank into the soft car seats and released my tie from around my neck, I glanced over at my mum to see tears streaming down her cheeks. I didn't know what to do. I'd never seen my mum cry before. It gave me a feeling of helplessness. I asked what was wrong, but she couldn't find her voice to say anything. A feeling of terror washed over me. I tried to guess what could've happened but I wasn't prepared for what I was about to hear. She then struggled out four words. These four words still echo in my mind as I sit here now. "Little Sanai died today." * reach into that heart of yours, don't ignore the dream thats calling the spirit moving through you now * |

Wow that really was good. Don't feel silly about mourning a lost pet. I don't know what I would do if I lost my dog,(her name is cookie,). The truth is we become as dependant apon our pets as they are apon us. And it is just like losing family. Sorry for your loss, I hope that you get a new pet, because that will help fill the void. Great read!! jason Just as soon as I belong, then it's time I disapear... -Metallica- |

Hey! This is such a sad story. I have a dog, and I'm a big animal lover, and this brought me to tears. But since this isn't a poem, I'm going to move it to prose. If anyone wants to reply, you can do so there. I hope this doesn't cause too much trouble!
