I hate that way you stare at me... I detest it when you stop. I refuse to be your toy... I can't bear to be alone. I hate that way I stare at you... Even after you hurt me deeply. I can't stand your teasing... Yet I find myself reaching out for your hand. I hate that way I smile foolishly, And you can't let me stay mad. I shudder at the thought of us forever... But I can't seem to wish us apart. I hate that way you stuck around... When I've always tried to make you leave. I want you to stop caring, Stop wanting more from me. Written for Joey...damn I guess I'll never understand what we had...But maybe that's okay. |
