GOLD DARKNESS: Light is darkness For the sun and the moon Shine as grey as the day Though the sky is blue, I'm told My heart is heavy For its cry is of longing And emptiness remains Too painful: the thought of you, to behold My spirit is oppressed For I, me; rejected The shadow of my life; today Hidden arms are few: to hold Hence the light is darkness And my passions empty gold For others' hearts are cold. |

What a heart-wrenching, tale! I hope your colours come back soon! Lotharingia "For God's sake, he's a poet. Poets are meant to feel miserable. Otherwise, what the hell are they here for? What are they going to write about?" Tom Holland |
