You spin the tales told to childen before bed,
Your beautiful words fill all peoples hearts and heads.
You fill our lives with joy and sorrow,
and leave us to know: there's always tommorrow.
You keep our hopes and dreams alive with your words,
and allow our imaginations to fly with the birds.

A good poem. it is very powerfull to read. i wish it was a little longer...but that is ok.

I like this poem just the length it is. Being a life-long bookworm, I know what you mean. I can't imagine life without literature!
