How can I say goodbye
To someone I've never known
Yet who will be engraved upon my heart
Until I whisper my last breath

How can I say goodbye
To the beautiful child you'll never be
To a life without a chance
Because of an irrevocable choice

How do I say goodbye
When the pain is so strong
The knife that twists within my soul
Was placed there by my own mistakes

How to I say goodbye
To a memory I've never met
To my baby I never held in my arms,
But only in my heart

Please tell me...
How do I say goodbye
When I've never said hello?
