Closing my eyes
Your image makes me smile
Something not done
In quite a while.
Hearing your voice
And the way you laugh
Made me realize
Forever we'd last.
Making plans
To make passion concrete
Finally conscented
For us to meet.

The Darkness grew
And you lashed out
Seeming not to care
What I thought about.
Your bad days
Then became mine
But in the wrong way
I drew the line.
So much in common
You see me suffer
So with you
I must get tougher.

Don't compare me
To those before
Who broke your heart
All battered and sore.
Talk to me
Don't walk away
Or is it easy for you
With nothing to say?
Love me like
You say that you do
Turning your head
Makes that so untrue.

I deserve a chance
Don't shut me out
Or again easy for you
To just do without?
Take my heart
And beat it down
Entomb it within
This frozen ground.
Harsh my prose may be
But I do speak true
Those times I said
That I love you.

Kind of hard for us to offer an opinion in this we don't know all the details. Just don't dominate her Jeremy there is nothing that deserves that... Hope you both make it..
