We are growing wiser with age, so they say. More content, settled, spiritually balanced. We love more completely, even sex is better. Our wisdom increases each year, so they say. And it's true. Every bit of it. But what they forgot to tell us is in the fine print. It's all a poor substitue for youth. |

Yes kid one must read the fine print. love the poem kid. Joel. I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |

Isn't it sad that youth is wasted on the young? As usual, Catalina, you have so aptly described what many of us "older" ones feel. Very good.....Hardrock |

as joel told me after reading a poem of mine called "feel the warmth" i'm wiser then most people my age and i see what you are saying but if i had the chance i would want to be old for all of life cause more people seem to listen. I'm a dying romantic and when i can no longer write i can no longer live -Jeremiah Johnson- |
