Now I Know I've spent a life-time making up my mind If I should run with you 'till finish line Or if I'm capable of leaving you behind. And though you tried and shown ambition You must admit it was a quite pathetic heat And all along a lousy competition... The race was much too long and tiring for me And hurdles were too many, came to close. Us breaking records wasn't meant to be... You think I've had it easy, your mistake! I'm all worn out by my decision making, A fatal choice now quickly I must make. More loss of time's too precious to afford, It's either you're uneven match for me Or I should try my luck in different sport. So I decide to end this with a tie. Nobody wins this time, all bets are off and now I know there is no hope for you and I. "Most girls want a man with the mean green Don't wanna dance if he can't be Everything that I dream up A man that understands real love" |

Oh I can so relate to this poem. I to had to make the choice. I find myself so much more happier now. Thank-you for sharing. |
