as yet uncovered heavy soles tread over me without scraping the surface keeping me down underneath hope unsmothered but to dig me up please no archaelogoist my bones are too brittle a gentle analysis is required i need a soil scientist filter my innards through your microscopic gaze add the chemicals needed to defeat your mask with my quiet haze i will watch for the spade and await my tryst with the one who knows her, my soil scientist. |

Josh... when one analyses this poem a little more closely... it tells a tale of someone who is aching to be loved, and accepted for who they are. Written very well indeed ![]() ![]() ~ Tara ~ "A poem should not mean, but be" - Archibald MacLeish |

Hi ilph, Great poem, you spoke of needed love in such a different way I loved it and welcome to passions, look forward to more of your work. Love, Cererniy "God doesn't have to be reminded that we exist. We have to be reminded that He exist!" (Writer Unknown) |
