If Atlas Shrugs I fear not the storms, nor the burning of the sun, I fear not the rain that may inundate all, save none Nor the wrath of the kings, who may have me slain Nor carrying the cross to my destiny, albeit in vain, But I fear, I may shatter not an innocent's dream I fear, I may hear not a True Man's scream For he is the one, who sustains God's dreams, For he is Atlas, on whom the Earth leans, I dread the day his faith in goodness will shake The day his heart breaks, the world will quake. Hey, this poem was pretty neat. The first one ive read involving Greek (or is it Roman, im really an idiot at this stuff) mythology. Nice work! -"Death is the servant of the righteous." |

Hey, wanted to say that I found this quite interesting. The title drew me in of course, a clever take-off from Ayn Rand. Was definitely worth reading! C. |
